LG Electronics and Alltel bring to market the lightweight AX4270 handset. As what is expected of LG mobile phones by now, the AX4270 features a very stylish, black clamshell design and offers users advanced functionality such as voice-activated dialing and hands-free usage. The new handset also has two LCDs, with caller ID featured on the outside and a full color display on the inside.

AX4270 users will also be glad to note that they are always connected wherever they go due to Alltel's Axcess wireless data services. These services include access to Axcess App downloads, enhanced text messaging capabilities and mobile web features.

If you are always on the road, then you will surely be glad with the AX4270’s voice-activated dialing features. Up to 30 entries can be stored for voice-activated dialing so you can call these contacts without using the keypad. The new LG handset’s powerful speakerphone also means hands-free usage so you can call and converse with someone safely while you drive.
